What are my payment options?
I am In-Network with the following insurance providers:
BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna and Cigna
If you use an insurance company not listed I would be considered an Out-of-Network provider. This means you would be required to pay session fees at the time of the session and later provide required documents to your insurance agency for possible reimbursement. Please verify your plan and these requirements with your insurance company prior to scheduling your session.
Session fees range from $100 to $145 for those paying out-of-pocket. Most forms of payment are accepted including payments made through HSA accounts.
